The UX Writer will create high-quality interface copy for customer, partner, and courier products, enhancing the user experience across various product areas. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the tone of voice is consistent and effective.
Responsibilities
- Help create the best possible user experience for people using our products
- Take ownership of a key UX writing resource, such as the style guide or termbank
- Get to grips with our tone of voice and act as an ambassador for it
- Build a network of contacts across the business and be an advocate for good UX copy
- Contribute to the team's ways of working and help shape its future
Requirements
- At least three years' relevant experience
- Passion for writing and helping people with a few well-chosen words
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines
