Lead content design for Growth and Discovery initiatives for the Gemini App, ensuring users easily discover and use new features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth strategies that enhance user journeys and drive key growth metrics.
Responsibilities
- Bring clarity to ambiguous product problems and shape them into innovative experiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth strategies
- Develop a deep expertise in user needs across various geographies, platforms, and audience segments
- Collaborate with other content and design teams to align roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of discovery and engagement initiatives
- Translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience on user-focused product writing
- Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
