The Senior Graphic Designer will create visually compelling digital marketing assets for diverse brand partners and work efficiently in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. They will tackle design challenges and support team delivery goals while continuously developing their professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Creates visually compelling digital marketing assets for diverse brand partners, with strong technical and design skills proven across a wide range of projects
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting all personal and team deadlines
- Easily shifts between projects with different visual styles, tackling design challenges with innovative, user- and client-centered solutions
- Demonstrates strong project coordination and time-management skills; may guide interns, associate designers, and contributor-level teammates
- Shows proactive teamwork and commitment to growth, supporting team delivery goals and continuously developing professional skills
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting and 2+ years creating Amazon-focused designs
- Strong e-commerce portfolio and exceptional design test performance
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, expert-level typography, spacing, hierarchy, and advanced color theory application
- Deep understanding of designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms, ensuring cohesive desktop and mobile experiences
