Designer

The Designer will create high-impact motion graphics and visual content for broadcast, digital, and social promotional media. This role requires a strong design sensibility and the ability to collaborate with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal campaigns and cohesive graphic packages for a range of sports properties
• Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across all touchpoints in alignment with Strategy and Creative Leadership
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and creative directors to concept and deliver innovative visual storytelling across broadcast, video, and social media
• Produce standout visuals for promotional content supporting events such as the Olympics, Golf, NASCAR, Premier League, WNBA, College Basketball, and more

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Cinema The Client (Arnold, Redshift, X-Particles, Turbulence FD a plus)
• Strong capabilities in typography, color theory, motion, and timing
