Design and develop user-focused UX solutions for clients while collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into user journeys. Lead UX initiatives, manage timelines, and create complete UX workflows including wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- designing and developing user-focused UX solutions for Auxo’s clients across multiple platforms and products
- analyzing and designing models, concepts, and visual elements such as user flows, scenarios, personas, interactions, content, and visual layouts
- participating in discussions with Auxo’s customers, clarifying requirements and interpreting vague inputs into actionable insights
- leading UX initiatives for client implementation projects, setting deliverables, managing timelines, and driving prioritization with stakeholders
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Web Design, UX, or a related field
- minimum 2+ years of professional UX design experience, including workflow mapping, wireframing, and usability testing
- experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is a strong plus
- self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX platforms
