The Senior Product Designer is responsible for leading and owning design projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals. This includes conducting user research, creating prototypes, and maintaining design quality and consistency across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own design projects end to end, including defining objectives, shaping project scope, and aligning with business goals
- Conduct user/customer research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts
- Build and contribute to the design of end to end user experience by understanding user needs, defining user journeys and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 5 years experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Experience within a finance or service industries
- Excellent working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods
