Take full ownership of the user experience for complex, high-volume merchant and consumer areas. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive and scalable products that empower businesses and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of the user experience for complex, high-volume merchant and consumer areas
- Setting a high bar for design quality, focusing on pixel-perfect visual craft, interaction design, and ensuring a trustworthy, high-performance experience
- Acting as a true partner to Product and Engineers, collaborating from problem definition through to launch
- Systematically identifying, prioritizing, and designing opportunities to optimize conversion rates and usage
Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Product Designer
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Passion for creating high-conversion, consumer-grade experiences
- Expertise in growth design, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing methodologies
- Deep knowledge and proven experience designing and shipping products for native mobile platforms
