Product designers at Alan are responsible for building products from inception to completion, collaborating with product managers, researchers, and engineers. They develop product visions, communicate effectively, and mentor junior designers while ensuring high-quality design aligned with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Developing a product vision and enabling teams to explore, ideate, and experiment
- Communicating transversally and being a compelling storyteller
- Building an understanding of members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities
- Maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating with product managers, researchers, and engineers
- Delivering a UI consistent with Alan’s brand with thoughtful design choices and a high-quality bar
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Track record of shipping quality products
- Design mentorship experience
- Full-stack design expertise
- Embrace of AI and other innovative tools
- Strong English communication
