Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers while driving end-to-end design initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and ensure design excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Designers
- Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery and research to delivery
- Evolve and scale the design system as a global standard for Summit products
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and product leaders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience and proven track record in product design leadership
- Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Miro), user research, usability testing, and evolving design systems
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Key Skills
- Proactive, hands-on leader, able to influence stakeholders, drive collaboration, and advocate for users
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, fluent in English and German, with French or Italian as a plus
