Visual Product Designer

Lead visual and UI design across products, translating concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity, polished interfaces. Collaborate with various teams to define product design needs and solve user problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual and UI design across products: translating concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity, polished interfaces
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing to define product design needs and solve user problems
• Push the visual and interaction design of Alex forward and help maintain its cohesion by designing and documenting systems and style guides
• Elevate our design system through meticulous attention to detail in typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions
• Operate independently to prioritize multiple assignments, present work to internal stakeholders, and deliver killer creative under deadline

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing interfaces for web or mobile products, with a portfolio that showcases exceptional visual craft
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI design, visual systems, and design system creation/management
• Experience transforming complex, configurable systems into elegant, intuitive interfaces that make powerful products feel simple
• Deep passion and conviction for excellence in design, paired with enthusiasm and openness to feedback and critique
