As a Senior Product Designer, you will autonomously solve high-uncertainty problems by proposing effective and delightful solutions that meet user and business needs. You will lead the design process from problem definition to solution launch and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Resolving problems of high uncertainty, proposing performative and enchanting solutions
- Conducting research with clients, identifying motivations, needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Understanding business KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers
- Creating prototypes, validating solutions, and iterating based on feedback
Requirements
