Responsibilities
- Design with purpose: Craft thoughtful, user-centered experiences from initial concept and strategy through front-end implementation
- Lead design thinking: Drive and advocate for design-led decision-making
- Collaborate globally: Partner closely with research, engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams
- Understand the user: Use data, customer insights, site metrics, and direct feedback to deeply understand user needs
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Human Factors, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Composition, Visual Arts, Engineering Design, or related field
- 5+ years as a UX designer or similar role
- Projects portfolio with well-documented case studies required
- Proficiency in Figma and other leading design and prototyping tools
Key Skills
- Passion for design and innovation, with a deep interest in user interaction, experience design, and research
- Proficiency in Figma and other leading design and prototyping tools
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong understanding of build principles, usability, and accessibility guidelines
