The UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for the SpecRight platform. They will conduct user research, design workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for Specright's products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and analysis of user behavior data
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements and customer needs into intuitive user interfaces
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design documentation
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to help users navigate complex specification data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B/enterprise software environments, preferably SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
- Experience designing for complex data-heavy applications with multiple user roles and workflows
