Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will support the transformation and evolution of the portfolio toolset, focusing on optimizing the customer experience and creating efficiencies in technology portfolio planning. This role involves delivering a best-in-class user experience and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure tools meet user needs and enhance business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and Prototyping: Create high fidelity designs, wireframes and interactive prototypes that demonstrate a deep understanding of the user journey
- Iterative Design Process: Utilize an iterative design approach that incorporates user feedback throughout the product development life cycle
- Journey Mapping: Support the creation of detailed journey maps to understand and visualize the end-to-end user experience across multiple touchpoints
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Portfolio, Technology, and Product leaders to align the tools with their needs and the company’s strategic goals
- Go-to-Market and Adoption: Support change management efforts to promote adoption and usage across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing technology-based products
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with portfolio management tools and financial scenario modeling is highly desirable
Key Skills
- Product Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing software or technology products, preferably within an enterprise setting managing internal tools
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data, understand user needs, and translate them into effective product solutions
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe as well as prototyping tools
