UX Designer - Travel Industry CRM

The UX Designer will lead the user experience design for a new CRM system targeted at the travel industry, shaping the UX architecture, user flows, and interface logic. They will conduct user research, develop UX strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of travel professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research within the travel industry (agents, operators, travel consultants)
- Develop UX architecture, system flows, and information hierarchy for the CRM
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive mock-ups
- Design intuitive dashboards, booking workflows, lead management interfaces, and automation screens
- Work closely with developers to translate UX designs into functional product components
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a UX Designer
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including workflow logic, lead management, reporting, pipelines, and automation features
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications
- Proven experience in UX research, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Ability to design complex user journeys and data-heavy interfaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
