Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research to final design delivery while ensuring design consistency across platforms. Mentor and guide UX/UI designers and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, to final design delivery
- Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and UX frameworks
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Mentor and guide UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX case studies
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics
- Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms
Key Skills
- Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
- User-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics
- Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
