As a Senior UX & UI Designer, you will shape the user experience and visual design of digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Develop and maintain a clear information architecture that optimizes the organization and accessibility of content and features
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Develop visually stunning, consistent, and responsive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and usability principles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or HND
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools e.g., Figma (preferred), Sketch, XD, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
