The Graphic Designer will apply the new MiniMed/Medtronic brand identity to existing PowerPoint and PDF files, ensuring layout consistency and adherence to brand rules. They will also communicate with the project team about progress and implement revisions based on client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Apply the new MiniMed/Medtronic brand identity to existing PowerPoint and PDF files
- Rebuild or refine charts and graphs as needed to match branding and readability
- Replace or update images (medical devices, lifestyle imagery, employee portraits) when needed
- Navigate the client-provided DAM to download brand assets
- Ensure layout consistency, correct visual hierarchy, and adherence to brand rules
- Perform light content strategy thinking
- Communicate clearly with the project team about progress, questions, or inconsistencies
- Implement revisions based on client feedback within agreed timeframes
Requirements
- 3–5+ years as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Production Designer
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong experience working with PDFs and lightweight layout updates
- Ability to work within existing design systems and apply brand guidelines with precision
- Comfortable working with image replacement, basic photo prep, and exporting assets
- Experience using DAM systems (nice to have, not required)
- Experience with brand implementation / brand rollouts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive production work efficiently
