The Senior Product Designer I will lead the evolution of the Design System, creating and maintaining reusable components and visual standards. This role also involves translating the brand into UI and ensuring a cohesive product experience across various workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design System leadership and evolution
- Define visual foundations and set standards for typography, color, spacing, elevation, iconography, and states
- Establish quality bars and guide teams toward consistent high craft
- Drive adoption and enablement and roll out updates, support designers/engineers, and incorporate feedback
- Bake in accessibility and ensure WCAG-aligned foundations and components by default
- Translate brand into UI and deliver high-craft UI
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS/enterprise
- Exceptional visual craft and portfolio showing strengths in typography, layout, hierarchy, and UI polish
- Design systems contributions and evidence of foundation/component/pattern work
- Expert Figma skills and mastery of libraries, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Responsive and accessible UI fluency and deep knowledge of states, breakpoints, and inclusive patterns
