- Masterful UI craftsmanship and setting standards for excellence
- Lead and inspire other designers and cross-functional partners
- Conduct user research and validation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of high-impact UI work
- A "Let's go" mindset and enthusiasm for ambitious goals and tough challenges
- Passion for great design and great products
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Collaborative communication skills
