Full-time Senior

As a Lead Product Designer, you will collaborate cross-functionally to guide new features from idea to implementation and gather feedback from users. You will also mentor product designers and help improve the usability and aesthetics of the Data Theorem experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with engineers, other designers, and company leadership to create user-friendly features within Data Theorem’s web portal
  • Work closely with designers on your team to develop and expand our design practices
  • Mentor product designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating their work to the highest standards
  • Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables
  • Be a key member of a small, talented team, and have a tremendous and direct impact on the company and products

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
  • A track record in designing for complex SaaS enterprise software and dashboards
  • Experience directly collaborating with engineers, executives and other stakeholders
  • Significant experience using Figma
  • A basic understanding of Frontend programming languages
