Responsibilities
- Deeply understanding the needs of Formlabs customers, translating their insights into innovative features
- Collaborating closely with engineering to refine designs and bring them to life
- Partnering with product managers to ideate, define, and validate early-stage concepts
- Conducting in-depth research and creating high-fidelity prototypes
- Helping design, grow, and maintain robust and scalable design systems
Requirements
- Proven track record of working on complex, technical products
- Clear understanding of human-computer interaction principles
- Strong and diverse portfolio
- Deep expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
