The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. They will also conduct usability testing and maintain thorough design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to align UI/UX designs with business objectives
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conducting usability testing and user research, synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements
- Maintaining thorough design documentation
- Utilizing Miro or similar tools to map workflows, system interactions, and user journeys
- Presenting UI/UX concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Agile design workflows
- Excellent ability to communicate design concepts, user journeys, and interface interactions
