Product Designer

The Product Designer will craft intuitive and accessible digital experiences for web and mobile products. This includes designing user-centered experiences, owning Figma workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing user-centred experiences for web and mobile applications
• Owning Figma workflows, creating and maintaining design components, libraries, and tokens
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility
• Conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback to improve user experience
• Ensuring accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles
• Documenting design decisions and presenting work in design reviews and stakeholder sessions

Requirements

• 3–5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns
• Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools
