UX Writer

Apify is seeking a UX writer to craft clear, intuitive copy across the Apify platform, focusing on improving and standardizing copy in Apify Console and making every interaction clear and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Writing and refining microcopy across Apify Console and the Apify platform
• Collaborating with Product Designers and Product Managers to shape features from concept to launch
• Creating microcopy for in-app marketing like feature announcements, upgrade prompts, and banners
• Helping establish and maintain UX writing standards and guidelines for the Apify platform
• Working with developers to implement copy changes, tracking and managing content updates as you go

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing
• Ideally, experience working on a SaaS product, web app, or platform where you owned microcopy for complex workflows
• A portfolio that shows how your words improved the user experience
• Understanding of UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers and product teams
• Experience in a technical environment and comfortable working with developers
