Staff, UX Designer - Retail Space Design

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Retail Space Designer to lead the design of our physical club-store environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine store format prototypes to align with brand strategy, membership value proposition, and merchandising vision
• Lead the creation of space plans, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings/visualizations, and construction documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, real estate, construction, procurement, marketing and member experience teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's (or Master's) in Architecture, Interior Design/Interior Architecture or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience leading retail store design projects
• Strong portfolio of store design work
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent BIM), SketchUp/3D modelling, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering tools
