The Graphic Designer will create on-brand visual assets for GBS Group and LLC Hub based on provided briefs and guidelines. This includes designing graphics for social media platforms and ensuring all designs align with the respective brand's visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Design & Execution: Create on-brand visual assets for GBS Group and LLC Hub based on provided briefs, copies, and captions.
- Design & Execution: Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including carousels, static posts, and stories.
- Design & Execution: Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets as needed.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Receive and interpret creative briefs and basic guidelines to produce polished assets.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Maintain clean systems and file management in Google Drive.
- Collaboration & Workflow: Deliver final assets in a timely manner according to agreed-upon deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer for business or professional brands.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, layout, and typography.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Ability to work with different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
- Soft Skills: Kind Candor: Ability to receive direct feedback to improve creative output.
- Soft Skills: Find Solutions: Ability to operate quickly and solve design problems without constant supervision.
- Soft Skills: Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control.
Key Skills
