The Senior UX UI Designer is responsible for shaping and enhancing the user experience of Dabble’s app, leading design processes and proposing user-centered solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative UX UI solutions and driving the end-to-end design process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore, define and implement innovative UX UI solutions and processes for product direction, visuals, and experience within the app
- Define and drive the end-to-end design process, leading initial discovery concepts to final hand-off to engineering teams
- Push the Dabble platform forward with original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design problems
- Create and own wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders and peers
- Lead user research processes to generate and present key insights, evaluating user feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end design processes
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of innovative and user-centered design solutions
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Principal
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
