The job holder assists in overseeing the product development plan aligned with the retail strategy and achieving sales targets. They also manage both physical and online sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist to oversee the product development plan that meets the retail strategy
- Create product sales strategies and execute the retail sales and promotion strategy to achieve the sales and profit targets and KPIs
- Have strong numerical sense with analytical skills in budget, sales planning and inventory control
- Perform market research to assess and develop new product proposals
- Oversee product, set pricing, and ensure products meet expectations
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product development, marketing, merchandising and product management experience
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Merchandize Management, Fashion, Business or equivalent
