The Senior Graphic Designer will create and execute compelling visual designs for various mediums while managing design projects from concept to completion. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
- Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and events
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash
- Strong animation and motion graphics skills
- Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
