Amazon is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the evolution of new advertising products, creating best-in-class experiences for customers. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the customer experience of shoppers, advertisers, and brand-owners globally.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX of an emerging product with impact across Amazon
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
- Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes
- Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively
- Partner closely with other product and design teams across Amazon
- Mentor junior talent
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience working cross-team
- Experience in prototyping
- Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
