Senior Product Designer (UI)

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI) to join their growing team, focusing on creating and owning design deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and own design deliverables including clickable prototypes, conceptual strategic thinking, design systems, customer journeys, layouts and components
• Conduct research for inspiration of design direction, interaction design and motion design
• Involvement in all stages of the design process, from research through concepting, prototyping, and building
• Collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams daily, offering and taking constructive feedback

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in creating and designing complex digital products/experiences
• Interest in healthcare and medicine
• Ability to work well in a team setting/environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for new challenges
• Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities
• Knowledge of general ADA guidelines
