Principal Product Designer

UiPath is seeking a Principal Designer to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, excellent communication skills, and experience with Figma and cross-platform design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the global UX team
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Advocate for user-centered designs, ensuring user needs and feedback are at the forefront of decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute design solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of product work and Figma related experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid understanding of cross platform design systems and technical frameworks
• Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion
