The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the design of Delivery Station projects from selection to launch, managing a team of Design Engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely and cost-effective designs. They will also develop and enforce design standards and collaborate with various teams to improve processes and implement new technologies.

- Responsible for Delivery Station project designs from project selection to launch
- Manage a team of Design Engineers and CAD drafters
- Determine needs for Design resources and develop, coach, and mentor team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and systems
