Lead the hardware design, implementation, and management of compute systems while driving compute strategies and recommending industry best practices. Engage with strategic customers and work closely with product teams to bridge technology roadmaps into hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in ideation and concept design
- Provide strategic direction for planning, design, and architecture of high-quality hardware systems
- Work with different constituencies to define technology roadmap
- Understand compute industry trends and develop strategic direction for innovative technology initiatives
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Proficient in all compute hardware architectures
- Experience in rack level system design
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
