Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design concepts based on trend and market research to support stock and custom products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to streamline the creation and approval of product artwork from concept to final production.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design projects from sketch to completion, assuring alignment with brand identity and project goals
• Provide mentorship and guidance to assistant graphic designers and peers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Collaborate with designers and technical teams to ensure artwork aligns with product specifications and brand standards
• Leads the creation and revision of product artwork, including mockups, color proofs, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure that art files are correctly prepared and transferred for production
• Performs trend and market research for each of the Company’s product categories on a seasonal basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fashion Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years’ experience in graphic design in a related field, preferably in the apparel industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software
• Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and print production processes
