Lead UX Designer

Launch Potato is seeking a UX/UI Designer with 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment to drive measurable revenue and performance gains.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences
• Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights
• Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
• Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
• Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
