The Lead UX Designer will own end-to-end design for major product initiatives and translate user insights into clear product direction. They will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define long-term vision and create scalable, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Design Leadership: Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Present design direction through compelling storytelling, visuals, and narrative artifacts
- Mentorship & Process Ownership: Mentor junior designers and model effective cross-functional collaboration
- Execution & Visual Design: Create storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and system diagrams
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products
- Expert in Figma and modern design workflows
- Experienced leading design critiques and providing constructive feedback
- Strong in systems thinking, information architecture, and process improvement
