Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, ensuring user-centric solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design decisions through user interviews and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions
- Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
- Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers
- Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer
- Strong UX focus, and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
- Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
