Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, ensuring user-centric design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design decisions through user interviews and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions to validate decisions
- Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows and polished visual designs
- Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
- Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements
- Lead and participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills
- Experience with responsive web and mobile apps
- Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma
- Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders
