As a Product Designer, you will focus on designing an onboarding experience for partners on the platform. You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver user-friendly solutions through research and data-driven design.
Responsibilities
- Work across the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Collaborate with the design systems team to evolve how the brand identity comes to life within the partner product experience
- Conduct research and usability studies in conjunction with UX researchers
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to influence your work
- Communicate transparently on progress and discuss ideas with your cross-functional team
- Work closely with product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to co-create designs and ensure the quality and feasibility of final releases
Requirements
- Experience of end-to-end product design, using a variety of processes and frameworks to deliver, both as an individual contributor and a team
- Great attention to detail and an eye for visual craft
- Experience with workshop facilitation and design sprints
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Ability to take ownership, creatively solve problems, and proactively contribute to the objectives of the business
- Evidence of different styles of communication, and cross-functional engagement
- A collaborative mindset, open to feedback and teamwork
