The UI/UX Designer will own the design for internal operations and facility management systems, working on web-based dashboards and mobile applications. This role requires strong product thinking to address complex operational challenges and close collaboration with the Product Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design for web and mobile-based solutions, including end-to-end design process: discovery, user research, interaction design, visual design, and design system contribution
- Close collaboration with Product Manager to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- Contributing to and evolving our Figma component library and design system
Requirements
- 4 years designing web-based applications and mobile products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex workflows, internal tools, or B2B systems
- Strong interaction design skills and experience with design systems and component libraries
Key Skills
- Expert in Figma (design and prototyping)
- Comfortable with design system thinking and component architecture
- Clear communicator who documents decisions and rationale
