Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will guide product vision and drive high-quality design from early concept through delivery. This role involves strategic design leadership and cross-functional collaboration to create user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Leadership – Drive end-to-end design for major initiatives
• Cross Functional Collaboration and Influence – Communicate design direction through clear storytelling, visual concepts, and narrative artifacts
• Mentor and Process Ownership – Communicate design direction through clear storytelling, visual concepts, and narrative artifacts
• Execution & Visual Design – Create storyboards, high fidelity mocks, prototypes, and system diagrams to communicate ideas

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products
• Proficient with Figma
• Lead design critiques, provide feedback, and help raise the quality bar across the org
• Improve team processes, including documentation, workflow practices, and quality checks
• Skilled in systems thinking and information architecture
• Able to work in both structured enterprise environments and fast moving startup conditions
• Strategic, hands-on, and growth-minded
