Product Designer CX - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

The Product Designer will develop a deep understanding of user needs and lead the design process for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include optimizing user experience, collaborating with teams, and maintaining design systems.
Responsibilities
- User-Centric Design: Develop a deep understanding of users' needs, behaviours, and pain points
- Web/Mobile App Design: Lead the design process for applications, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
- Collaboration: Champion design thinking within the organization
- Design System: Lead the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and frameworks
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Product Designer or similar role
- Previous experience within fintech, digital wealth/asset management, or financial services essential
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects with a focus on user-centred design principles, best practices, and responsive design solutions
- Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
Key Skills

- Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Proficiency in creating micro animations/interactions using tools such as Rive o Lottie
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and iOS/Android HIGs
