Understand the product or business problem before touching design and propose clear, logical solutions. Collaborate closely with PMs and Engineers to design and build working prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Understand the problem and get clarity on the product or business problem
- Investigate and diagnose root causes and gather evidence
- Propose a clear and logical solution and articulate reasoning
- Get buy-in for the solution and present thinking to PMs, Engineers, or leadership
- Design and build working prototypes using AI agents
- Translate solutions into product requirements and write clean, structured requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong design principles and clear understanding of interaction patterns, systems thinking, information architecture, product logic, and usability fundamentals
- Ability to think before drawing and challenge ideas without ego
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and iterating on ideas
- Open to learning as design evolves with AI
