Senior Product Designer

Understand customer needs and translate insights into innovative features. Collaborate with engineering and product managers to refine designs and drive features from ideation to public release.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the needs of Formlabs customers and translate their insights into innovative features
- Collaborate with engineering to refine designs and bring them to life
- Partner with product managers to ideate, define, and validate early-stage concepts for new features
- Conduct in-depth research to uncover insights that inform customer-focused design decisions
- Help design, grow, and maintain robust and scalable design systems
Requirements
- Proven track record of working on complex, technical products
- Clear understanding of human-computer interaction principles
- Strong and diverse portfolio including early-stage ideation, user research, and pixel-perfect designs
- Deep expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and with Agile/Scrum methodologies
