Product Designer Senior H/F

The Senior Product Designer will lead a team of designers and oversee user research. They will define and evolve design strategies in collaboration with product teams while analyzing user feedback to improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Encadrate a team of designers and supervise and participate in user research
• Lead the design strategy and make it evolve in close collaboration with product teams
• Analyze data and user test feedback to identify areas of friction and make recommendations for improvement
• Design wireframes and prototypes and create interface mockups

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team and evolve in an agile and collaborative environment
• Solid skills in setting up and managing a Design System
• Approach focused on the user before the interface
• Ability to work in a team and in Agile mode
• Good level of English is a plus
