As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate closely with various teams to evaluate design assumptions and reduce risk prior to development. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with interaction designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers
- Plan and conduct lightweight prototype testing to evaluate design assumptions and reduce risk prior to development
- Apply statistical methods to interpret research findings and ensure reliability and significance
- Apply event tracking and funnel analysis to production environments to detect friction and inform design refinements
- Design and execute light qualitative studies (e.g., interviews, usability tests) to complement quantitative findings
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product design
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in UX research within software or digital product environments
- Proficiency in inferential statistics and ability to structure controlled experiments
- Experience with tools like Excel, R, or Python for running basic analyses
- Experience analyzing user journeys and conversion funnels to identify friction points and optimize engagement
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design heuristics
