Establish Félix’s research vision and practice while leading end-to-end research projects. Build a culture of curiosity and empathy across the company by communicating findings and empowering others to conduct research.
Responsibilities
- Establish Félix’s research vision and practice, defining standards and methodologies that support both long-term discovery and fast, iterative learning
- Lead end-to-end research projects: define goals, write screeners and guides, recruit users (senders, receivers, agents), moderate sessions in English and Spanish, analyze data, and synthesize insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX research experience within a product organization, ideally in fintech, messaging platforms, or direct-to-consumer apps
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written), essential for leading research across Latin American and U.S. user segments
- A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field (graduate degree a plus)
