Graphic Designer (Conservative Politics)

Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns. Collaborate with the Creative team and Project Managers to ensure high-quality production and results-driven designs.

Responsibilities

• Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts.
• Be a forever student of direct response, studying what’s working both in our agency and across the industry.
• Build strong relationships with HSP’s Creative team of copywriters, translating their creative concepts into visually compelling layouts that drive results.
• Collaborate with HSP’s Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
• Alignment with HSP’s mission and share in our commitment to support conservative clients and principles.
• Clear and effective communicator who welcomes collaboration and feedback.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
